There are many nature & forest trails in Dumfries & Galloway. The Forestry Commission have some good locations to explore. With over 200 miles of coastline and stunning landscapes just waiting to experienced, the Dumfries and Galloway Tourist Board website have a comprehensive choice of walks.
This is a great place for golf enthusiasts, since there are around 30 golf courses within a 60 minute drive of The Old Sunday School.
If you like fishing, you are in luck. There are many coarse and fly fishing opportunities available in the surrounding area. Fish Galloway, Fishing in Scotland and FishScotland have good angling resources.
